Furthermore, both models can be outfitted with a turbocharged 3.0-liter, six-cylinder that puts out 395 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque.

Finally, you can get your Land Rover Defender with a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 that generates 518 horsepower and 461 lb-ft of torque. This one isn’t available with the 130. All vehicles come with an eight-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive.

Passenger and Storage Space

The base Land Rover Defender has two rows that fit up to five people. A three-row model is available, and this seats seven. The Land Rover Defender 130 comes standard with three rows and accommodates up to eight people.

As for cargo space, the Land Rover Defender offers 34 cubic feet behind its back row and 78.8 cubic feet when it’s down. The Land Rover Defender 130 will give you 13.7 cubic feet behind its third row, 43.5 cubic feet when folded, and 80.9 cubic feet when both rear rows are down.
